24-Hour Cancellation Policy for All Appointments

I understand that life is full of unexpected moments, and plans can change. However, in order to ensure that I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly request that you adhere to my 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice might be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Late Arrivals:

  • I ask that you arrive for your appointment on time to ensure a full session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session cost.

No-Shows:

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment, without notifying me in advance, will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Gifting or Trading Appointments:

  • If you have a scheduled appointment that you’d like to give to someone else, they must be an existing client and I must be notified of the change prior to the start time of the appointment. You may not give your appointment time to a new client.

Exceptions:

  • I understand that emergencies, illness, and inclement weather happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to a genuine emergency, sickness, or unsafe roads, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Safety of you, other clients, and myself are a top priority.

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand my cancellation policy.
